What seemed like just another Father's Day celebration turned into a major mobilization of emergency services and police in the municipality of Ahome, after three young people were found unconscious on the banks of the Fuerte River in the town of San Miguel Zapotitlán, apparently due to an overdose. They were initially reported as deceased, but fortunately, as authorities and paramedics mobilized, they found them still alive and transported them in critical condition to a public hospital in the city of Los Mochis.
