Chironomid Fly Tying, The RCC Chromie "Wing Budded Chironomid"
The first of our Chironomid Fly Tying series, the RCC Chromie tied by GBD "Gordy Brown" This pattern did very well for us last year. The wine halo really made it pop and added that flash. To brighten it we used silver xs tinsel. Tied in all sizes and often with a white bead.
