Tumore al seno iniziale, con ADC anti-HER2+ post-neoadiuvante rischio recidiva ridotto del 53%

At the 2025 ESMO (European Society for Medical Oncology) Congress in Berlin, data from the phase 3 DESTINY-Breast05 study, which evaluated the novel HER2-targeted ADC in the post-neoadjuvant treatment of early HER2-positive (HER2+) breast cancer in patients at high risk of recurrence, were presented during the first presidential symposium. These are important results that could change clinical practice, and we discuss them in this interview with Giampaolo Bianchini, Associate Professor of Medical Oncology at Vita-Salute San Raffaele University in Milan and Head of the Breast Group at IRCCS San Raffaele Hospital in Milan.
