Silver Springs State Park | Camping At Silver Springs

This week we are at Silver Springs State Park located in Ocala, Florida. This isn't our first time camping at Silver Springs State Park, but it has been a while...like 7 YEARS! Our first visit to Silver Springs State Park was a few years before we began our full time RV journey. Back then, we were in site 36 which is a large and private back-in site. This time, we are in site 51, which as you will see, is an ENORMOUS pull through site! We were very fortunate to get such an amazing site as we booked it for 1 night as a stop over on the way to South Florida. Silver Springs stays busy year round and it's clear why. This beautiful Florida State Park is a unique look into what the REAL Florida was...and why it's so important to preserve as much of it as possible. Silver Springs State Park should DEFINITELY be on your list to visit! As I mention in the video, Silver Springs has many sites that are full hookup, a pretty rare find for a state park!
