Making XL Specimen Cards (Perfect for Pockets & Flips!) #massmakemarch2026

Hi guys, Today I’m making specimen cards… but XL ones 😄 These are a bit bigger than usual, which makes them perfect to use as ephemera, pockets, or even flips in your journal. They really stand out on a page and add that extra layered, vintage feel. This project is a little bit more on the fancy side — I’m using some beautiful design paper from Tim Holtz and even my die cut machine. But don’t worry, as always I’ll give you plenty of alternatives so you can easily recreate this with what you have at home. And I have to say… these turned out amazing. I love how substantial and detailed they feel.
