AI w prawie chińskim - rozmowa z Mariuszem Krzysztofkiem

I discuss Chinese regulations on AI, and to some extent also Chinese legislation on personal data protection, with Professor Mariusz Krzysztofek, the author of seven books and dozens of articles on data protection and AI, including a monograph on the GDPR in the English-speaking and Chinese markets and a comparative law monograph on data protection law in the EU, the US, and China. Our podcast was created as part of my research internship at the Faculty of Legal, Social, and Humanities Sciences of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian University under the supervision of Professor M. Krzysztofek and is the result of our research.
