Today Ireland takes over the Presidency of the European Union. And that means for the next six months this country will be at the centre of EU decision making, and in charge of complex negotiations that shape laws, and the policy for 450-million people. Ukraine's President Zelensky and the European Council President Antonio Costa will be in Dublin for the start of the presidency today. As head of Government Taoiseach Michéal Martin will play a central role in everything that happens over the next six months.
