Nightwing and Robin do their best to fill the shoes of their mentor, but when a mysterious figure begins killing in Batman's name, even they aren't enough to protect the city. Haunted by the loss of his best friend, this killer brings Roy Harper to Gotham to investigate. In all the trials he's faced, none could have prepared him for this.
