Mega Man 2 is a cult classic in gaming. A big reason it got so popular is the absolutely broken Metal Blade. It's likely that without that weapon Mega Man would've been done with only 2 games, but it succeeded and now we have the blue bomber in a multitude of games and spinoffs.
