The entry point is Moment Mindfulness — and the key is counterintuitive: you practice on trivial thoughts. What's for dinner. The email you forgot. Thoughts with no charge. Your brain cannot observe and think at the same time. The instant you notice a thought, the Default Mode Network shuts off and the voice goes quiet. That's not philosophy. That's neuroscience.
