Our first stop in Pattaya is usually a kebab shop – and we actually have a firm favorite. But this time, we wanted to try something new! An acquaintance recommended a kebab at a market in Jomtien. Apparently, it's supposed to be the best kebab in Pattaya, and our usual favorite can't even compare. Well, I'm always happy to try out recommendations like that. So, off we went to the yellow stall to see for ourselves. But the result was quite different than expected… Afterwards, we explored the adjacent market, which has been part of Jomtien for many years and has changed considerably over time. And then we experienced something that has never happened to me in all my years in Thailand: I was asked to turn off my camera in a 7-Eleven.
