Say you moved to a different place and have to change your wifi name or you change have to change your wifi, this is how you can update wifi on your google home. 1. First, make sure the location on your phone is activated. It will not work if the location is deactivated. 00:50 2. Then using your mobile device connect to your new wi-fi. 01:07 3. Once you are connected to your new wi-fi, head over to the Google Home App. There should be the phrase “Set up device” under your house name. If not tap on the + sign top left corner of your screen.then tap set-up device, then tap new device, then choose your home, tap next, and the app will start looking for new devices. 01:45 4. Tap on that, then choose your home, tap next, and the app will start looking for new devices. 02:06 5. Once the app has located your device, tap on that, then tap next. 02:21 6. The Google Home app should be trying to connect to your Google Home Device. 02:51 7. Once Connected you should hear a sound from the Google Home device. 03:24 8.
