Installing PML 10R80 Transmission Pan on Ford F-150
Replacing the stock 10R80 transmission pan on a 2018 Ford F150 V8 2WD truck with a PML heavy duty pan. For information on the PML pan see: https://yourcovers.com/transpan_11164... The transmission is a Ford 10R80 10 speed. The PML pan has extra capacity, a drain hole, fins and aluminum construction to help with heat dissipation. High temperatures cause the fluid to break down, which lessen lubrication. And the less the lubrication the shorter the life of the transmission. A magnetic drain plug is included with the PML pan. Works with stock gasket and filter. PML pan is made in USA.
