Adventure riding in the south of the Dominican Republic

A recap of our trip to the south of the Dominican Republic as part of the "Vuelta al Sur" ("Around the South") rally. We set out from Santo Domingo to the city of Constanza in the heart of the island before we travel south through the mountains towards the province of Barahona. The weekend we had this trip there was an abnormal amount of rain and the rivers were overflowing.
