The worst hotel chain in the UK, according to consumer watchdog Which? is Britannia Hotels. I visit the Adelphi Hotel in Liverpool and the Grand Hotel in Llandudno to see if these hotels are as bad as people say. [SOUND QUALITY APOLOGY: I normally use a handle when operating my GoPro.
