Paisley Underground Part 1
This is Part 1 of a 20 minute feature from the Old Grey Whistle Test in 1985 on the then emerging 'Paisley Underground' scene. Features, over the two parts, the Long Ryders, Prime Movers (NOT the UK Prisoners offshoot), Thin White Rope, Pontiac Brothers and the Rain Parade with a 6 minute live version of No Easy Way Down. The feature is introduced by Andy Kershaw who almost single handedly championed the cause of these bands in the UK media, but the dork Richard Skinner got the LA gig.
