My name is Ludovic FONTAINE. It is my daily meditation practice (for nearly 15 years), along with intensive retreats and numerous training courses, notably with renowned meditation masters, that has nurtured in me a deep desire to dedicate myself to sharing these techniques and teachings. Trained specifically in teaching meditation techniques—validated by the latest neuroscience research—that improve all mental resources (concentration, adaptability, managing emotions and stressful situations, memory), particularly in the professional sphere, I have also obtained several certifications in coaching and meditation guidance. I have also had the opportunity to train and practice in several traditions and with meditation masters and teachers such as Thich Nhat Hanh, Pierre Bourges, and Lama Gyurme.
