One of my all-time favorite French desserts is a tarte Bourdaloue — a pear & almond tart that’s simple, classic, easy, and oh-so-delicious. 🍐✨ I love making this tart because it only takes a few ingredients (most of which you probably already have in your kitchen) and just one bowl! Fresh pears are ideal, but canned pears work beautifully too. Every bite is buttery, nutty, and perfectly sweet — a little slice of Paris at home.
