I took a day trip to Hakuba, Nagano, to see the three layers of autumn foliage! It's a spectacular sight, as if the Northern Alps were covered in their first snowfall. It's a rare sight, as it can only be seen when the conditions are just right! With snow, autumn leaves, and greenery, it was a trip that allowed me to experience both autumn and winter all at once!
