From Annecy to Chamonix – The Beautiful Road Trip Through the French Alps

The memorable journey from the beautiful city of Annecy to another beautiful city, Chamonix Today, we’ll show you this amazing travel experience and its stunning scenery. The charming town of Chamonix is located in France, near the borders of Italy and Switzerland. It’s home to Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Europe. We spent two nights in Sévrier, near Annecy, camping for free in our car. After two peaceful nights, we woke up early in the morning, well-rested, and packed our bicycles into the car. We then drove to a nearby popular restaurant to enjoy a typical French breakfast with delicious coffee. After the tasty breakfast, we began our journey along Lake Annecy. We stopped at several beautiful viewpoints to take photos and admire the landscape. Along the way, we passed many historic sites and tourist attractions. Normally, the drive from Annecy to Chamonix takes about one and a half hours, but we took our time, stopping at scenic spots to fully enjoy the trip. We reached Chamonix around 10 o’clock and once again found a free parking spot. In the next vlog, we’ll explore the stunning town of Chamonix and show you the breathtaking beauty of this place.
