William D. Revelli Teaching Michigan Football Team to Sing "The Victors"

Retired University of Michigan band director Dr. William D. Revelli would visit the Michigan football team during their pre-season practice to teach them how to sing "The Victors." This is a video of Dr. Revelli's last visit with the team in August 1993 when he was 91 years old and recovering from a heart attack. Dr. Revelli made his last visit to a MMB rehearsal in October, and last conducted the MMB and Alumni Band during the Illinois homecoming game on October 20, 1993. He passed away on July 16, 1994.
