Total reps after this workout - 18,600 Goal is to get over 100,000 REPS in 2026. “THE VEGAN 300” **modified with no weights: 100 Vegan Burpees (strict pushup) (full depth squat) deadlifts 10 rounds 10 devils press (vegan press) with a strict pushup and front squat finisher 10 cal row (~ 200m) 300 Reps total 10 strict pushups on dumb bells 10 dumb bell swings 10 dumb bell front squats ** using 25lb dumb bells then 10 calories on the rowing machine Goal is to get over 100,000 REPS in 2026.
