Teteh wants to share a super practical Frozen Stock Tofu Meatballs recipe, also known as stuffed tofu, perfect as a snack or daily dish! 🥢✨ Cook once and stock for a month. Let’s check out the complete recipe! Ingredients: Tofu Pong: 60 pcs tofu pong, cut in half. Main Ingredients: 1500 gr chicken meat (thigh or breast). 6 cloves garlic, minced. 6 tbsp fried shallots. 3 tbsp fried garlic. 3 egg whites. 3 tsp salt. 3 tsp chicken stock powder. 2 tsp seasoning powder (optional). 1 tsp ground pepper. 3 tsp sesame oil. 6 tsp oyster sauce. 180 gr tapioca flour. 200 gr ice cubes. Steps: Preparation: Cut chicken into small pieces for easier blending. Prepare ice cubes for a chewy meatball texture. Making the Mixture: Blend chicken meat using Idealife Electric Chopper IL-219s. Add egg whites and ice cubes, blend until smooth. Mix in sesame oil, oyster sauce, fried onions, and seasonings. Gradually add tapioca flour while stirring until evenly mixed. Stuffing the Tofu: Cut one side of the tofu pong. Fill tofu with chicken meatball mixture until full. Steaming Process: Use a large steamer like Idealife Food Steamer IL–114C. Steam for 40 minutes until cooked. Freezer Storage: Let the tofu meatballs cool after steaming. Store in thinwall containers or zipper bags for up to 1 month. Tips: Use chicken thighs for a juicier texture. Add ice cubes for a chewier mixture.
