Art City Days Balloon Fest 2023

Balloon Fest event during Art City Days in Springville, Utah. It's a tiny sized event in comparison to the large festivals such as the one in Albuquerque, but it's fun to see them flying overhead as they search for landing areas. Sometimes, they are close enough to speak to people on the ground!
