The cooling system expansion tank on my VW Polo is original and was quite grimy, as it's original to the car, and the car is a 2003 model. I wanted to replace the part, but the original Volkswagen expansion tank is very expensive. So, in today's video, I show you how to clean my car's radiator water tank. And best of all, it cost less than ten reais! This tank is similar to those on the Gol, Voyage, Saveiro, Fox, Spacefox, Golf, Polo 9n, 9n3, and 9n4. The position of the water return can change, and in more advanced cars, the tank has a coolant level sensor. To get the job done right, I used two liters of bleach, a 1kg package of coarse salt, and a lot of willpower, lol.
