Wanted to add a couple things, first make sure the consistency of the blended food is not to watery.. you want it as thick as possible but still able to get in syringe. This will get more nutrients into your dog to give it a better fighting chance. As for mineral oil I would use it a couple days then give dog a couple days break before using again… if you catch the intestinal blockage early make sure to start with a decent dose of mineral in rice (i like to mix rice with boiled chicken to entice dog if needed) once you get mineral oil in the rice and boiled good thumb of rule is 5ml mineral oil per 10 pounds give or take depending on situation. Do this for two days then give dog a break from mineral oil but continue syringe feeding food. Syringe feeding should be at least 3-5 times a day depending on amounts and size of dog. Signs that your dog has a intestinal blockage are throwing up but diarrhea as well. Side note intestinal blockage resembles parvo but doesn’t smell as bad. Parvo will usually smell horrific so that’s a great indicator to know the difference between the two. Always remember there’s other things like infection that could cause symptoms of stomach blockage so always keep a open mind. If you see your dog not eating or drinking rush them to the vet asap.
