Thunder Mountain Trail | El Dorado Natl. Forest | May 2026 Trail Report
Headed out for a quick trail run on Thunder Mountain trail in hopes of gaining the summit finally. After encountering a few solid patches of snow, it got progressively more snow packed and decided to turn around without snowshoes. Was still very nice out on the trail and will be back to get the summit once the snow melts.
