[Anchor] You must have been the first to discover the ballot shortage on the spot on election day. You must have reported it, but what measures did the NEC take afterward? [Anchor] In some polling stations, such as those in Songpa-gu, the failure to resolve the ballot shortage led to the suspension of voting. Why was the response delayed? [Anchor] Were there no training sessions for polling station managers or manuals on how to handle a ballot shortage? [Anchor] So, ultimately, the field officials deployed to support the election had to bear the brunt of the voters' protests, right? [Anchor] I also heard that there were warnings a few years ago regarding the structure of outsourcing election work. What is the meaning of this?
