this is the alternative ending A in GTA 5 GTA 5 The Time's Come ending but it happened differently after michael tracked down devin's location thanks to lester, he decided to end this once and for all and kill devin weston himself in order to free himself from all the problems and pain he is going through, so when he arrived at the place were devin is at, he found out that devin was already waiting for him and already having a surprise to reveal to him soon. and that surprised is that devin has kidnapped franklin and forced him to kill michael by his own hands or else his aunt denise will die, then the other surprise is that devin's People have already kidnapped michael's wife amanda by the time michael arrived to devin's location and was planning to kill her if franklin managed to win the fight.
