Feeding Testudo

I thought I'd make a video giving people ideas of what they can feed their Testudo genus tortoises. Tortoises in this genus would include Hermann's, Greek, Marginated, and Egyptian tortoises but the items fed in this video could certainly be fed to your Russian, sulcata, and leopard tortoises as well. This video takes you through individual feedings over a few weeks. The key to feeding properly is two-fold - feed a large variety of foods and feed the right kind of foods. Don't just stick to only romaine or Mazuri. Even those types of foods make it easier for us keepers, it's not good for the tortoises to just stick to a few things. I give specific examples of what types you can feed but this video does not cover it all. There are hundreds of different kinds of foods you can feed your Testudo type tortoise and with a little research, it's easy to figure out.
