I'm making 3 more easy Ramen Recipes! They'll be listed below! SWEET & SPICY RAMEN INGREDIENTS: 1 pack ramen, any flavor, 1 Tblsp butter, 2 tsp minced garlic, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, 1 Tblsp soy sauce, 1 tsp brown sugar, 1 large egg, Everything bagel seasoning (to taste) INSTRUCTIONS: Cook & drain ramen noodles according to the package directions & set aside. In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Saute the garlic & red pepper flakes for about a minute. When the garlic starts to brown a little stir in the soy sauce & brown sugar. Dump the cooked & drained ramen noodles into the pan & toss with the sauce until coated well. Push the noodles to one side of the pan and turn the heat on high. Crack an egg into the pan and scramble. Turn the heat off and mix the scrambled egg in with the ramen noodles & sauce. Sprinkle with Everything bagel seasoning. ENJOY!!! SPICY STEAK RAMEN INGREDIENTS: 1/2 lb skirt steak, 1/2 Tblsp oil, 1/4 c hot sauce, 1 Tblsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 Tblsp white vinegar, 1/2 Tblsp minced onion, 1/2 Tblsp minced garlic, 1 1/2 Tblsp brown sugar, 1 pack Ramen noodles (any flavor), green onions INSTRUCTIONS: cook ramen noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes (discard flavor pack). Drain and set aside. Heat oil in a skillet on a medium - high heat. Add steak & cook until starting to brown. Add hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, onion, garlic, & brown sugar to the skillet. Stir. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add cooked noodles to the skillet & toss to coat. Sprinkle with green onions and enjoy! QUICK RAMEN CHOWDER INGREDIENTS: 2 c water, 1 pack chicken flavor ramen, 8oz corn, 1 c milk, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp curry powder, 1 Tblsp parsley flakes, 2 Tblsp water, 1 Tblsp cornstarch, 3/4 c shredded cheddar cheese, 1 Tblsp bacon bits INSTRUCTIONS: In a pan bring 2 cups water to a boil. Break ramen into large pieces . Add Ramen and flavor packet to the water. Reduce heat to medium. cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the corn, milk, onion powder, curry powder, & parsley. Heat through. Add cornstarch & cold water together. Stir to combine & make a slurry. Add the cornstarch slurry to the noodles. Stir until blended well. It will thicken. Top with shredded cheese & bacon bits, and ENJOY!!!
