WARPING MACHINE FOR BEAM WINDING For weaving the cloth hand loom or power loom is required. Looms can work only after warped beam is mounted on the loom. So it is essential for weaving process that warped beams are made ready from the yarn cones coming from the spinning mill. So warping machine has been developed which takes about 160 threads from 160 cones mounted on the creel to make strap which is wound on the warping machine. Such 12 to 15 straps are wound on warping machine and then it is transferred on the beam. So this is the process of beam winding presented in the video.
