Lincoln Riley's Oklahoma Offense (Origins, History, and Film Study; new USC Head Coach)
In this video, see how Oklahoma Sooners' head coach Lincoln Riley has adapted the Air Raid offense that he inherited from Mike Leach. See how he's added in a Counter run game, and then built both a play-action and a Draw/Shovel Pass counter off of that base run game. Then, see how his offensive line has struggled to make that run game a true weapon, allowing defenses to play with light boxes and defenders at depth to take away the quick passing game. That hasn't been too big of a problem, though, because with guys like QB Spencer Rattler and WR Marvin Mims, the Oklahoma Sooners' downfield passing game has been a potent weapon that's kept the offense dangerous. After this season, Lincoln Riley became the Head Coach of the USC football team.
