In the passionate rhythms, we see the influence of African and Spanish culture. What's Mindful Movement? Mindful Movement class is based on body isolation exercise, dancing and martial arts movement. Increase awareness of your body, open up inner space, and clear the mind. Improve your mobility, flexibility and strength on the physical level. What's Afro Contemporary? This class is an Afro-Diaspora movement practice that fuses Africanist movement vocabulary, Chicago House and moderndance forms.
