ERRO GRAVE! Usar IDR desse jeito é um PERIGO REAL para a instalação!

⚠️ THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST DANGEROUS MISTAKES IN RESIDENTIAL ELECTRICITY! Many people, and even some professionals, use the RCD (Residual Current Device) as if it were a regular circuit breaker or even as the main circuit breaker for the electrical panel or distribution board. This is a serious mistake and puts the entire installation at risk! The RCD was designed exclusively to protect people and animals against electric shocks (current leakage). It does NOT have overload protection (excess load on the network) and does NOT protect against short circuits. If you use the RCD alone in place of a circuit breaker, the wires can melt and cause a fire, and the RCD simply will not trip! In this video, I show you in theory and practice the danger of this connection and present the correct and safe alternative for those who want this integrated protection: the RCD (Residual Current Device). The DDR combines both functions, protecting against shocks, short circuits, and overloads in the same component. Watch until the end to understand the definitive difference and ensure that your installation follows safety standards!
