Repair of a Cambridge Audio CXA80

This amplifier had an error code indicating there was a DC problem. After going round the houses we discover its the convoluted protection circuit that's at fault! A repair was previously attempted by a company that says they do Cambridge repairs. The owner of the amp paid a fortune for them to not repair it. In-fact it was never going to work with what we find here. Once all the protection stuff was sorted a secondary problem then showed up. Some further pondering afterword's and I wonder if the sensitivity to the 15v rail is to do with the pull up on the fault line. Should have checked on that - maybe next time...
