Go outside to the jetty, and enter the seaplane. This is another checkpoint race, similar to Checkpoint Charlie, but you have a fuel meter in place of a time limit this time. Your goal is finding the blue starting rings, flying through them, then making your way to the red marker to clear that phase and open a new one.There are six routes total, and the mission doesn’t actually calculate how many flyers you drop. They start dropping as soon as you fly through the blue checkpoint and then stop after passing the red one. All you need to do is fly from one point to the next, all of which are shown on the mini-radar, without taking so long that your fuel dries up.It’s very difficult to fail this mission since you have an ample amount of fuel, enough to last even if you ignore the map markers and try finding the checkpoints yourself.Once you complete the sixth route, you’ll get $2,000, and the seaplane will always be available at the studio jetty for Tommy to use. You’ll also see flyers for the film dotted around Vice City, though that has no effect on gameplay.
