I went to Çankırı with my family for a business trip and wanted to share it with you. We loved Çankırı, with its friendly, sincere, and respectful people. The birdsong at Çankırı Castle captivated us. We couldn't find any other place to go. Perhaps the reason for this peaceful atmosphere is that the cemetery of Karatekin Gazi, the Conqueror of Çankırı, is located here. As the first Muslim commander to conquer the western Black Sea region during the Seljuk period, Emir Karatekin is a significant figure in Turkish Islamic history. The view of Çankırı from the castle's glass terrace will be breathtaking :). Let's not forget to visit the Ahmet Yesevi Mosque in the city center. You can enjoy breakfast at Çankırı's local cuisine restaurant (next to the museums). Main meals can be enjoyed at Hacı Ali Restaurant. We've experienced these places; of course, there are other beautiful places as well. Museums: Sadık Akalın Radio and Communication Museum Çankırı Culture House Historical Laundry I recommend visiting these museums. And you should definitely visit the Underground Salt City. The 5,000-year-old salt caves meet a significant need in our country. They're said to be very beneficial for asthma sufferers. You can also see a donkey that died in the salt cave but didn't decompose. Our family loved Çankırı, and I think it will be a fun video for you too.
