Which Land Rover Would You Choose? Series 3 or Defender?

I have a dilemma on my hands. A choice which no Land Rover enthusiast should ever have to make. I can only keep one vehicle. The fun to drive, great to look at, full of charm Land Rover Series 3 or the practical, rugged overland, easily modified - adventure vehicle. That is the choice.
