Finally stopped comparing myself to other girls | Beauty Standards in Japan

Many girls in Japan struggle with beauty standards. I was one of them. In this video, I share how my thoughts about beauty have changed as someone who was born and raised in Japan. Sometimes it’s hard to accept yourself without comparing yourself to others. But I believe it’s okay not to judge your appearance. You don’t have to fit into someone else’s idea of beauty. I truly believe that we are already beautiful as we are. I hope this video helps you feel a little more comfortable being yourself :) ⸻ ▶︎ Do you want to learn Japanese with me? :) I started offering one-on-one trial lessons for the limited number of you!
