HA Center of Competence (English Version)

The HA Center of Competence (CoC) is one of the few facilities worldwide where foundry processes can be comprehensively tested, analyzed and further developed outside of production environments. On around 8,500 m², HA combines industrial-scale equipment, advanced measurement technology and digital solutions to create innovative processes for light metal and iron casting — from the initial concept and prototype development through to near-series applications. The CoC enables customers and partners to develop and optimize high-performance foundry solutions under realistic production conditions. Modern technologies such as 3D printing, optical measurement systems, AI-supported data analysis and digital process monitoring help to increase efficiency, quality and sustainability. With flexible equipment for core production, molding technology, casting trials and shakeout processes, the HA Center of Competence creates the ideal environment for innovation and continuous improvement.
