Mani Skaria: The father of 'clean' citrus in Texas
McAllen, Texas, resident Mani Skaria is one of the largest individual citrus farmers in the United States. US Citrus, which he founded in 2012, grows lemon, orange, mandarin, grapefruit, lime and specialty citrus groves. The latest episode of In First Person features Skaria, who was born in the southern Indian states of Kerala.
