I visited Colmar, a town in Alsace, France, together with my wife and my colleague Yuni.It’s a beautiful city, very famous for its Christmas market. There, we enjoyed choucroute/sauerkraut, Munster cheese rösti, onion soup, and a vegetable salad,along with Alsace white wines such as Riesling, Sylvaner, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Blanc.
