আজকের পর্বে আপনাদের করে দেখাবো বাবুর্চি স্টাইলে বিয়ে বাড়ির শাহী বোরহানি, ঘরে তৈরী রেডিমিক্স বোরহানি মশলা দিয়ে - Biye Barir Shahi Borhani Recipe, Spicy yogurt drink, Baburchi stayle burhani বাসায় একটু মুঘলদের খাবার-দাবার মানে পোলাও, বিরিয়ানী, কোর্মা, কোফতা ,কালিয়া জাতীয় খাবার বানালে আমরা সাধারণত কোক বা 7up নিয়ে আসি। কিন্তু এই পঁচা ড্রিঙ্কস গুলোর বদলে খুব সহজে ঘরেই কিন্তু আমরা বোরহানি বানাতে পারি। সেটা খেতেও যেমন মজা তেমনি উপকারীও। আর স্বাদের কথা..? ঠিক যেভাবে আমি রেসিপিটি দিয়েছি সেভাবে একবার করেই দেখুন...... বিয়ে বাড়ি বা পুরান ঢাকার রেস্টুরেন্ট এর বোরহানির থেকে কোনো অংশে কম হবে না, গ্যরান্টি দিলাম। আপনার নিজের তৈরী করা বোরহানি খেয়ে আপনি নিজেই ফিদা হয়ে যাবেন। :) উপকরণ : টকদই - ৪ কাপ (১০০০ গ্রাম ) পুদিনা পাতা বাটা - ১ টেবিল চামচ ধনেপাতা বাটা - ১ টেবিল চামচ টমেটো ক্যাচাপ - ১+১/২ টেবিল চামচ কাঁচামরিচ বাটা - ১/২ টেবিল চামচ চিনি - ৩ টেবিল চামচ পানি - ১ কাপ + ১/৪ কাপ লবন স্বাদমতো মশলা তৈরিতে লাগবে ভাজা জিরা গুঁড়া - ১/২ টেবিল চামচ ভাজা ধনিয়া গুঁড়া - ১/২ টেবিল চামচ সাদা গোলমরিচ গুঁড়া - ১ চা চামচ সাদা সরিষা গুঁড়া - ১ টেবিল চামচ বিট লবন - ১ টেবিল চামচ লবন - ১+ ১/৪ চা চামচ এই মশলা পুরোটা দিয়ে দিতে হবে ১ কেজি টকদইয়ের জন্য। আশা করছি সবার ভালো লাগবে এবং কাজে আসবে। ভালো লাগলে আমার চ্যানেল সাবস্ক্রাইব করার অনুরোধ রইলো আর বানানোর পর আমার সাথে শেয়ার করার জন্য আমন্ত্রণ রইলো আমার পেজে জয়েন করার। 😍😍 #biye_barir_borhani #shahi_borhani #borhani #বিয়ে_বাড়ির_বোরহানি #শাহী_বোরহানি #burhani burhani recipe bangla borhani recipe .............................................
