I entered this photo in a contest and It tanked. Is it really that bad?

Ever had a photo totally flop in a contest? You’re not alone. In this episode of Photo Feedback Forum, I take an honest, step-by-step look at one of his own lowest scoring images — a waterfall shot that scored poorly. Fortunately I have pretty thick skin so I'm fine. I am playing up the disappointment for fun. The fact is, I had a great time getting the shot and I am pleased with the result. And that's what matters. I break down the image based on composition, lighting, technical execution, impact, and storytelling, and score it myself. 🎯 Topics Covered: • How photo judging works (and why it’s subjective) • What makes a composition almost work • Why lighting and mood matter more than scores • Tips to improve your contest entries 📸 Want your photo reviewed in a future episode?
