Vintage Makita cordless drill restoration - Model 6012HD

A few days ago, I was cleaning and organizing my garage and found this vintage Makita cordless drill model 6012hd. I think the previous owner left it behind because it was not in working condition. The problem was a bad connection between the motor and the battery. After a little scotch brite, problem solved. This model was produced in the late 70' and early 80's. Made in Japan. I decided to keep the original label because of the history and I think will be interesting mixing the newly restored and the old. New chuck, fresh grease and voila. And one more thing, please support the channel liking and subscribing. New video every week. Thanks for watching.
