Chin Na Kung Fu Flow Drill: The Easiest Way To Learn Joint Locks For Self Defense - Combat Qin Na Are you interested in learning a self-defense technique that is both effective and easy to learn? However, they can be difficult to master. This drill makes it easy by breaking down the moves into a simple flow. Here's another grappling lock flow drill to practice perfecting your lock techniques. These drills are meant to work on flow with your partner to "feel" movements to the point of doing these drills blindfolded. These Chin Na grappling locks can be very effective for self-defense if needed. Please be careful when practicing since you can cause serious injury if you go too hard on your partner. Work on fluidity as you transition from lock to lock to understand body movement and how to feed into your next lock to counter an opponent. When done correctly, you can be very fast and execute effective joint locks to submit your opponent.
