Increasing violence by students, especially in grades seven to nine, as well as the aggression of parents who threaten teachers or come directly to the schoolyard to resolve their children's conflicts with the students themselves, have become commonplace. As a result, there will likely be more than 100 class conferences in the first half of the year. The school's two social workers have no time for prevention due to the sheer number of interventions. Many of the parents don't speak German at all.
