It's a nickname given to me by subscribers because my reaction to food is "eum~"! What do "Hwalmorning" and "Hwaleodan" mean? Romi is so healthy, and like a fresh live fish, lol. She's nicknamed "Hwaleo" (live fish), and her subscribers call her "Hwaleodan." Hwalmorning means "Good Morning, Liveeodan!" What are your subscribers' names? As I mentioned earlier, we're called "Hwal-eo-dan," but those who attend our live broadcasts late at night are called "Bu-ung-dan," and those who come to our early morning live broadcasts are called "Sparrow-dan." ☺️ Who is Romi, and who is Mimi? Romi is a nickname I gave her, and she's Romi from "Sarangseoromi." Mimi is her own nickname! As you'll see in the previous video, she introduces herself as Mimi! Frequently Featured Ingredients Okura: Okura has a crunchy texture similar to asparagus, but the inside is slimy and sticky. The round seeds inside are also fun to chew. The more you cook them, the less crunchy they become. To prepare them, wash them in salt water and then rinse them under running water. As for cooking, we usually just sprinkle some salt on them and grill them. Kamaboko: Similar to fish cake, but a bit chewier. It's usually made with ground cod and shrimp, starch, and egg white, so you can make it at home, but here's a video of me making it once and failing (-_-;;.. Shirasu: It's called the juvenile fish of anchovies, herring, and sweetfish. But, since there are so many questions, I'll leave the information here! Regular square pan (usually for omelets): I use a supermarket brand called Ito-Yokado. It's hygienic because it has no joints, and I've tried many other products, but this one is the most durable, so I stick with it. Red square pan: German brand Flavor Stone I bought it after watching a TV home shopping channel, and I love it so much I've been using it consistently. I have a frying pan and three pots, some a bit larger than the regular ones, some with more depth, and some round. They're quite heavy, but they're durable and last a long time. I'd recommend them, but... they're not officially imported to Korea, so I have to buy them in Japan. I remember them being the cheapest at a large supermarket like Aeon, rather than online. I'm not sure about the prices these days. 😅 Plates The round Anpanman (Anpanman) pans that often appear in Korean TV shows are easy to find in Korea, but I purchased the Doraemon and Anpanman figures, which have detachable frames, from independent sellers like Mercari, Rakuma, and Yahuoku in Japan. They're not sold in stores, but rather are obtained from game centers. They're manufactured by SEGA and are called Doraemon Premium Lunch Plates.
