Kemik Sağlığı İçin 3 Önemli Takviye: D Vitamini, K2 Vitamini ve Magnezyum

Although calcium comes to mind first when it comes to bone health, there are 3 important micronutrients for bone health in the body before calcium. These are Vitamin D, Vitamin K2 and Magnesium Vitamin D ensures that the calcium we get from food is absorbed from the intestines and prevents it from being excreted from the kidneys. In this way, we also benefit from the calcium in the food. Vitamin K2 is the vitamin that enables the absorption of calcium to be processed into the bones. Vitamin K2 also prevents the accumulation of calcium in the vessel wall and soft tissue. If Vitamin K2 is not used, calcium may accumulate in the vessels and cause atherosclerosis or kidney stones. Another important mineral is magnesium. Almost half of the magnesium is found in the bones. Besides calcium, another important building block of bone is magnesium. Unfortunately, we cannot get magnesium from food. For this reason, it is important to use 200-250 mg of magnesium every day. As long as these three important supplements are used correctly, there is often no need to use extra calcium.
